Chlorine Dioxide Generation Systems
An excellent method to guarantee the disinfection of drinking water is use a disinfectant chlorine dioxide. Chlorine dioxide is a highly effective compound to eliminate all kinds of pathogenic germs and has a residual effect in the system.
Chlorine dioxide is the most efficient disinfectant against Legionella bacteria and other pathogens due to its efficacy in the removal of the biofilm where the bacterium lodges in distribution networks.

The Selcoperm electrolytic chlorination systems are supplied as a design solution modular pre-assembled castings, which produce a hypochlorite solution using a common salt solution thanks to the action of electricity, without significant by-products generated in the process. Generated hypochlorite solution presents a pH value between 8 and 8’5 and a maximum of 6 g/l concentration of chlorine equivalent.
The main components of the installation of electrochlorination are electrolysis unit, storage brine deposits and product solution, an extractor unit to remove the produced hydrogen and the dosing pumps of product solution.
The advantages of this system are that they eliminate the associated risks with the transport of dangerous goods; it is a product not subject to the regulation of storage APQ-006 and endows the installation the autonomy of the chemical product supplying.
Standard production capabilities range from 2 kg/day up to 44 kg/day (like chlorine 100% by weight) in a single rack. There are also superior capabilities in a single frame of up to 900 g/day upon request.

Chlorine Analyzer CLP600A
Multi-parametric chlorine analyzer for chlorine, pH, temperature and specific conductivity for the control of water quality in dosing and disinfection processes in drinking water installations. The measuring range for the equipment is 0-2 mg/l for the CLP163A probe and 0-10 mg/l for the CLP163B probe, with a maximum working pressure of 1 bar.
The probes are equipped with compensation in temperature and pH.
The equipment has analog inputs and outputs:
